You have questions, we have answers!

We kindly ask for at least 8 hours notice before bringing in your dog to ensure we’re prepared to provide the best care possible.

Our lobby is open daily from 7 AM to 6 PM, and we kindly request that all pickups and drop-offs take place within these hours.
If you need special accommodations, please call in advance.
*There will always be someone on-site 24/7 to ensure your pet's safety and provide attentive care.

We understand that plans can change!
If you need to cancel, just let us know at least 72 hours in advance, and there’s no charge.
For cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled drop-off, there’s a $50 fee.

To book your reservation, choose the service you’re interested in, select your dates, and fill out the intake form to ensure your dog is compatible with our policies.
Once you’ve booked, you'll receive a confirmation email along with a packing list to help prepare for your pet's stay or training session!

General Policies

To ensure the safety and health of all our guests, we do require proof of your dog’s vaccinations, including Rabies, Distemper, Parvo, and Bordetella.

We cannot accept your dog if they:
-are pregnant, lactating, in-heat, or postpartum within the last 6 weeks
-have been coughing within the last week
-have open wounds or sutures
-are recovering from surgery
-have contagious diseases
-are people aggressive
-have seizure/heart condition precautions
-are currently in Cancer/Radiation treatments
Note: We can accept heartworm positive dogs, but transitioning to a new environment is very stressful for them.

We take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all our guests.
Barking Bluff Boarding is equipped with on-site laundry, a professional dog bathing station, and temperature control for year-round comfort.
Your pup will have secure outdoor access for fresh air and play. With our commitment to cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere, your dog will feel right at home.

While we do provide a professional dog bathing station for regular hygiene, arriving well-groomed can make your pups stay easier on them.

*To maintain a clean and sanitary environment, we ask that you not bring personal bedding. We provide high-quality, regularly cleaned bedding to keep your pet comfortable and healthy.
